Take this as a sign that you’ve had your furnace too long and it’s time to get something new. You’ll benefit right away from a system that operates more quietly and efficiently.
You have cold or hot spots in your house
Cold spots in your house could signal a poorly working fan or struggling burners. Hot areas in the summer could be caused by an air conditioner that just can’t keep up. Get whole-house temperature control back with upgraded equipment.
You have to wait long to reach your desired temperature
A furnace close to the end of its life will struggle to keep up, as will an air conditioner that’s too old.
